I am forever thankful for the great service and support that I've received from Tshimakaho from Stadio Krugersdorp.
My mother fell this morning, we took her to this bad hospital "Eerste River"... only at 13:00 she was assisted to go for xray, came back, apparently no 4 in the queue, at 16:30 she is still number 4 in the queue... The morning shift staff is leaving and don't care of any around them. The securities think they are Dr's... how can you leave an almost 80 year old person unattended? She had a severe stroke few months ago, and can't help herself.... who does that? We are not animals, Eerste River needs better staff, not people that come there to sit there to earn money, they must have a passion for what they sign up to do.
I would like to take this opportunity to express my utmost gratitude for the unconditional professionalism in which I was assisted with the matter. Florentia Bekker , did not hesitate to put aside other obligations to assist, and therefore I am very gratefully thankful and my matter was resolved. Be blessed and good luck for the future.
This morning 24 February 2021 I stood in front of Pep Stores Delft Mall. Normally the store opens at 08:30, so we stood outside and wait. The staff was walking up and down, fitting clothes on, the security was playing games on his cellphone and the rest was getting ready to open. At about 08:35, I noticed that a lady knocked on the window and asked the manager what time the store opens, so he just pointed her to the door where the times is displayed (very unprofessional). What if the lady could not read? Treat people with dignity and respect, not like animals.
Two weeks ago I visited Office National Units K13-K18, Okavango Park, Kenwil Drive, Okavango Junction. I bought a few items, did a card payment. I left. +- 12 days later I found there a problem with one of the items (stapler). On 02 June 2020 I took it back, explained to cashier what my problem was. She immediately noticed there's a problem. She went to the isle where the item was. She read and explained to me (according to instructions it is suppose to staple 20 pages, it couldn't even stapled 5 pages). Then she went to another cashier which took me to the isle again (didn't even know where the item was) I pointed it out to her. She immediately told me she wont be able to refund or fix the problem because I don't have a cash slip or the box that it was purchased in. I was very upset then she said she'll go ask the manager. She came back and just said the manager said no. I even suggested to get proof from the bank, asked to check on their system, but their No was No! She told me they have lots of sales daily, I do understand, but not every person bought what I bought that day. My problem is WHO KEEPS A SLIP OR A BOX if no one tells you to do so??? HOW WAS I SUPPOSE TO KNOW IT WILL ONLY LAST FOR TWO WEES THEN IT BREAKS??? I was so upset and just broke it further and threw it right there in front of that shop. My money is wasted, but i will never put my feet there again.
Game Parow Center's staff dont have a clue what is going on in their store... I went in their three times to look for a item... they just say that's all that's left on the shelves, or we waiting on suppliers... when returning from Clicks so merchandiser showed me where the product is. I went back to the people who said there's no stock. They just say sorry... Waist a lot of time there... never ever again
Cell C is a very bad network... I've recently tried to do a sim swob, but could not do it cause I had 1 answer wrong on their security questions... You also buy lots of airtime, then the next day its gone
This morning i went to KFC Bluedowns they asked me to wait opposite the road for 3 minutes for my order... I end up waiting for 20 minutes. I end up late at work. The service is always poor in the morning.
