Efekto has no customer service and their product is ineffective!

I have been successfully using a pest control product of Efekto called Fendona (against ants) for years now. After purchasing it again in February and spraying it once, it did not work. I sprayed it another time and then increased the dosage a couple of days later, but to no avail. I sent them an email asking whether they've had any batch complaints... no answer. I then proceeded to phone their customer care line three times .... no answer. I emailed again a day later, still no answer! I find it utterly pathetic that a company has no way of being contacted to man up for the product they are selling. After supporting them for so long, I will NEVER purchase their products again or recommend them to other consumers!
