Efekto has no customer service and their product is ineffective!
I have been successfully using a pest control product of Efekto called Fendona (against ants) for years now. After purchasing it again in February and spraying it once, it did not work. I sprayed it another time and then increased the dosage a couple of days later, but to no avail. I sent them an email asking whether they've had any batch complaints... no answer. I then proceeded to phone their customer care line three times .... no answer. I emailed again a day later, still no answer! I find it utterly pathetic that a company has no way of being contacted to man up for the product they are selling. After supporting them for so long, I will NEVER purchase their products again or recommend them to other consumers!

Virgin Active bad customer service
I sent a message online on 28 June 2023 to virgin active for someone to please get back to me regarding my 18year old daughter's contract that they have now cancelled (even though she is a student and does not earn a salary to be able to afford a contract now). Got a message that they would get back to me within 48hours?? It's been 2 weeks!? Still no response. When I called in, I got placed on hold as they "have a high number of calls" to attend to. This is very bad service to say the least!

It is a sad day when a big corporate sides with an unpopular minority and thinks they need to touch on controversial subjects ... unfortunately there are always consequences. You won't be seeing me or my family for a while ....

Virgin Active Fichardtpark/Showgate we need more places to wash our hands!!!!!!
Virgin Active Fichardtpark, by closing one sink and only leaving one open in the men's bathrooms, you are actually helping spread corona by me never being able to wash my hands! Everytime I get there, someone is either brushing their teeth or washing their bodies from that sink! I have complained numerous times but have had no response???? One sink for hordes of people in that gym between 6 and 8 in the morning? Not on ...

UIF Dep of labour such a disappointment
Wow, it seems as if our labour department has more than enough funds going around. I registered my domestic on their website in May... unable to make a payment up to today. Have phoned 3 times, logged calls, emailed. Keep on being told that they will get back to me asap, but to no avail. These people are being paid for rendering NO SERVICE.... sad sad!!!!!
