We have been trying for a month now to fit the ghost system in our Ford Ranger 2011 we bought recently. not Gerhard or Elmar from "Express Bakkie Covers" NOR Ghost Centurion Head Office Branch could fit Ghost System on our Ford Ranger. I still dont know what the valid reason is, since communication is non existing! I will now have to fit a Netstar or tracker that I dont want, but ghost forces me too, pathetic service, wondering how after service would have been........ needless to say but very true! Ghost anti theft is not compatible with the Ford Ranger 2011!!!!

Do not Buy from this shop!!! So the owner Gerhard is a great motivator. Because I do not normally take the time to reply negatively. So I purchased 4x Ranger Slim fit arches last year 10th of Sept 2024. After 2 weeks and no delivery we contacted them. They told us they will follow up. The courier service then informed us that they did not deliver because they were not paid. We then finally received the items but the corners on the insides were glued. Since I wanted them spray painted I knew this is something that the Panel beater could probably fix. To send it back to Jhb from Cpt is a mission. I had them painted and tried to fit the front items first. The bumper pieces did not align with my bumper. The arch itself was not wide enough on the inside so that you can use the holes for the plastic rivets. I contacted Gehard and he referred me to a "Fitter". The guy looked at the item took another set and showed me that indeed the insides are not wide enough. He wont be able to fit the *****s. So I bought another set from the new supplier. Had it spray painted again and fitment was accomplished. I contacted Gerhard numerous times and he told me to send it back - Done 21 Jan 2025 . So I did. Then no feedback. Finally got hold of him and again and as always played for time. Took my bank details and then - Nothing. Contacted him again. Never opened the package - This is now March 2025. Again no feedback. Contacted him again Today he send me a video telling me 1 item was damaged and he fitted the items to another vehicle-it fits I will now take this to court. This is a matter of principal. If you have a similar experience and I see there are lots of "US" feel free to seek and contact me. I would love to hear and share your experience in court. Wallace Stiglingh

Make sure that when you order your car accessories must fit, if not they will not refund you. I ordered FORD lower grille mash only to find that it is not fit, I contacted one of the staff and was advised to send the item back, they delayed by a week to open the parcel in order to process the refund. After several follow up they send me a picture of a damaged ford lower grill mash, and they claimed that they cannot refund me since the item was not damaged at their center. I log a dispute with Courier guy and the feedbacki received is that on their cameras from where I dropped my parcel to where it was received there is no sign of mishandling. I suspect this white arrogant staff of efficient Express that they might have damaged it intentionally to avoid refund because since then they not taking my text nor calls. I regret buying items from their stores

The guys start off great, effective and quick to help. Then it turns to ****. No replies, no feedback, slow feedback empty premises, long waiting periods. Great products, great prices, but if you value servics and good comms, try your luck else where.

Exactly what all other reviews say. No customer service at all, they dont reply they dont care. Its been 4 weeks now struggling to get service. If their website said they have stock, dont believe it, they have strories for weeks now of an part on order by the online store shows the have 25 in stock. This is not an easy convenient place to buy something from. Please make sure to check other stores first.
