Bad service

I am so furious with EFF political party member Sello Mokhale on the the 11 March 2025 I was evicted since he the one handling the matter, I called him and tell him what is happening he promised that he is coming it was raining we were outside with my two children. On Wednesday he said we must meet in high court to apply for an agent application he took the documents that will be need when applying for an application,he then promised he will be busy drafting the application the whole night and submit in Court the following day. On Thursday i contacted him he then said he is not yet done with it he once he is done we will meet by 4 in the afternoon and give me the papers so that i submit for application,it rained around 1 till 5 late he said let's meet Friday morning so that i submit them the matter will be listened to during the day. Friday morning I called asking his where abouts he told me i must wait for his call he will alert me once he is done, looking at the time was around 10 :00 he hasn't called trying to call him, he never answered my call i sent him a Whatsapp asking him to tell the truth if he can't help me cause it's been days sleep outside with the kids hoping he will help me after few minutes I called again he answered said i will get back to you now i have been waiting for him even today. I have been calling him he's not taking my calls then one EFF members saw me sleeping in the car outside with my kids he took me to Shaun he promised to look at the matter but not he is declining my calls , cause i reported Sello to him no steps taken for him to bring back my papers. I have been contacting him he doesn't take my calls i even sent him a Whatsapp asking for my papers if he doesn't i will open a case he read and no reply, i don't know why he is doing this maybe it's because he once asked me to date with him and i refused sleeping with him now he does all of this purposely. Can this complaint reach Malema the founder of the party cause he doesn't know his members are violating people's Rights but today it's being claimed as celebration of human rights, what rights if mine are deprived by a member who claims to be a fighter yet an oppressor.
