Bad customer service
I am very angry yesterday I went to spar in Bertrams then I was called to teller 3 the cashier never greet first thing I noted, she scanned what i bought and give me till slip I asked for a change, she gave me a dirty and torn R20 i returned to her asking for coins, she refused claiming all the coins are for the whole day, mind you the till drawer is full with coins then I went to the manager asking for change. He sent one staff that was close to him to ask for a change to a supervisor, she was the surprised why did she refused me change and gave me that 20,she was full of attitude even the manager was astonished with her bad attitude, Spar doesn't deserve workers like that Mpho, for that matter most South Africans in retail are full of bad attitude they don't know what customer service is i am a South African but if it's what this movements are fighting for retailers rather employ people who knows what they're employed for. To the Spar office please deal with that woman with her stinking attitude, she is paid for nothing yet chasing customers away.

Horrible experience
Please do follow up on donations last year around this time Sonnenglas donated solar glass to People's pantry in Victoria yards for the woman who are recycling they were more that 300 we received 1 each recycler and the rest Sandra gave it to Safe Study, Timbuktu and her friends who are working and afford to buy their lights , where i stay there is no electricity and my solar glass was ****** Sandra noticed on that Friday i was not my self I was emotionally drained of going back to use candles,she then asked i told her she gave me a solar light to replace what I lost i was happy,now Sonnenglas donated solar lights glass again then each receive one and with me she said i am not going to get cause she already gave me with the remaining lights she is going to give to Safe study and Timbktu i think with her friends she normally gives,of which these people are working. We have been taken videos thanking your donation that is meant for other people not us as you know. Why ask donations on lies knowing whom exactly you asking the donations for? I don't have electricity at all but she is going to give those who have electricity in their house and are working taking from the needy, as a donor you deserve to know where your donation goes to, i thank you founder of Sonnenglas for always put the poor in your heart.

Life treating matter
Hoping and praying this complaint br attended,Good day i am a single woman who stay with her children in a backyard in a house I never knew it was hijacked i discovered when I was in. After i occured a lot of people attempting to break-in at night, i reported the matter to the caretaker nothing was done then asked to meet with a landlord whom when we met she claim the house is not has it belong to a white man but sha has the power of attorney if the house and refused to produce it. Then she agreed to produce it in the Jeppe police station infront if the police called Mere whom when we arrived in the police station there is a woman by Dudu a CPF worker and this old woman who claims to have the power of attorney, nothing she produced only to be told by the police that i must move out instead of solving the matter at hand. Dudu the CPF worker only to discover and this old woman are hijacking house's all around even in the house Dudu is staying in is hijacked. Then they disappeared only on the 24th August they moved in a family of people who moved in with pit bull dogs, my children and i have been harassed several times by them dogs feces in my door and we would be trapped inside, i was beaten and purposely open for the dogs to bite me throw away my goods ,i opened a case I am denied to use toilet since they moved in my lights are disconnected by people who are not buying any electric and water , now i am being followed the man I opened a case for yesterday was pointing me showing other people, please intervine in this matter Dudu is a ******** using the CPF services wrong and she is also a ward councilor of Bertrams house's are being hijacked in this area in this house its a mess since these people moved in they still everything they have tried to break in my room they have temped with my keys I have proof.I am not working rent I was paying was R800 in this shack from my childrens grant, i am if the office of the chief justice can assist by moving me to government properties where i would be paying with the amount that would be affordable with my children's grant, our lives are in danger...thank you.

Bad service
What a very bad and in-human treatment from the school Principal as I'm writing this complaint I'm so furious with the ill-treatment i received from the Principal of Jules High School Mr Sibiya, yesterday day was a closing date for submitting school exemption forms. When i arrived in the gate i was denied access by the security alerting me they no longer accept forms as the principal's guidance that they have cut at 10:00 parents must read it's written at the bottom of the form, if which that is a big lie no time that is written only to be instructed to put the form with the accompanying documents in a sealed envelope nothing about time. I arrived at school at 12:57 office staff and teachers were still inside. I decided to wait for the principal so that i show him the is nothing that states the closing time,when he came out at 14:28 driving his car with the secretary in it i waved my hand he drove his car passing by. So i noticed Ms Moloyi was still inside i wait for her more than 40 minutes in a rain when she comes i explained she called the principal his response was" I saw her i internationally left her she knows the cut of time" i rep**** the is no due time written only bring instructed where to put our form's and documents in a sealed envelope. He told Ms Moloyi she doesn't deal with the forms office is closed yet parents were returned while office staff were in until they close, can the department please intervine yhuu in the matter and they even send parents to departments where you will be told we don't do that because they want parents not to apply for the exemption if it has to the Ministry must look upon this,where is the right of education if the principal oppress that right?

Very poor

Bad service
I am staying opposite 10 Victoria road Nandos head office their car packing is close to my room i woked up by noise of their staff as from 6:20 am different staff bus's drop them off making noise some are yelling banging bus doors calling each across the road. I never slept i have been studying the whole night only to sleep at 04:00 am now this, i have been complaining to them since 2017 then they use to close the whole street and being told we must not come out of our houses due to their event, i refused when the security company the had SSG telling us not to move on the street. The noise is unbearable im preparing for my exam last complaint was last year September when they were blowing trumpet and beating big drames but it seems like i was never listened to as now one big trumpet has been blown. Can Nandos respect us as neighbors the department organizing events like this do the consider their neighbors no, but where they stay you will never find such things as much as they will never tolerate it so why are we being taken for granted? Can Nandos be what it claims to be towards the community, my head is aching i haven't sleep enough.

Good customer service
I went there to buy appliances that were on their special, they were out of stock i asked them to check which Fair price still have around. They checked in the system and called the store in Mooi that still have it has happened as they were initiating a call some were bought. They checked their warehouse and contact them that a customer want these applies tomorrow she is coming for collection indeed my things were there
