Egadgets are *****s

I purchased two gel batteries, over R7000 in April 2023. There was no stock, so I asked for my refund. A helpful lady Bianca Ponnigan I hope tried to help and escalate the problem to accounts and kept telling me my refund would be before this date, which did not happen. Email again and same story. 22 emails later and no communication from them again. My order number is #26027. Why is a company allowed to keep functioning in this way. Take the clients money, and no stock, and no refund. Pathetic company. I would like to put Mt foot right up that CEO ****. Phone me if you not to chicken **** and make right with your clients. I will find out what the next steps are to do. Ombudsman or whatever, but I am not leaving it here. It is alot of money.
