This is just frustrating...

I bought a Google Play gift card from eGifts24, but I keep encountering "we need more info to redeam your gift card. send us details" errors when trying to activate it. I reached out to Google Play support numerous times.

Google Play support has been genuinely helpful in trying to resolve the problem but with no luck and they keep sending me the same message " the Google Play gift cards you submitted isn’t valid or doesn't match the information in our systems." Despite this, I’m still unable to use the gift card. Tried contacting eGifts24’s customer service but the problem that I encounter with eGifts24 is that for you to get assisted, you need to go to their offices which are in Cape Town or send a phyisical letter to their address. The contact number on their website is only for (for non-support related queries). So now I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place not knowing what to do.
