Don't waste your money on EIGER appliances, while they make some nice stuff the products don't last. I bought their ice-maker which worked flawlessly until just after the warranty expired. I reached out to EIGER as all I need is a small spare part which has worn away which I can easily repair myself. They simply respond with 'sorry, there are no spares available for your unit'. So, I'll just throw my ice-maker in the bin (which is essentially what they suggest I do) and proceed to never buy another appliance with their brand on again.

Horrible customer service. I bought a eiger air fryer and need to replace the handle. I have sent countless emails, sent DMS via Instagram (msg are delivered and even seen) but are purposefully ignored, even called several times (line is always engaged. No assistance whatsoever! Don't bother purchasing an eiger product because if you face any issues in the future you will not get any assistance whatsoever!

I bought the eiger one touch steam iron for 800 rands and it broke 3 months after warranty Eiger was unhelpful and wanted close to 509 rands to repair Will never look at this inferior quality product again

I bought en Eiger iron from Makro six months ago. Paid quite a lot of money for it as well. I absolutely hate my ironing days. The button on top, to select the level of ironing, is so frustrating because every time you put the iron down or pick it up your hand just-just touches it and it changes the setting. Absolutely frustrating. And the cord is not long enough for such a big iron. Very unhappy about my purchase

These guys have some great appliances but their backup service is non existent. I have a air fryer that has a small issue with the door switch which not registering when the door is closed so we cannot use the unit. Trying to get hold of anyone via the website or via email is impossible. This is unacceptable guys. I was very impressed with your product but you are letting us down by not having the courtesy of responding to our messages.

I purchased a sale from Game R250 supposed to be a smart scale when you connected it to your smartphone. Except even after installing the app it never connects. I tested with 3 different phones. So I emailed them a few weeks ago, but they must really be busy because I have never received a response.

Absolute the worst customer service. I have sent more than 5 requests regarding a simple question about their Eiger coffee machine and have had absolutely no response. Would not recommend at all.

I have asked info@eigerliving.com more that 7 times for a simple question regarding their eiger romeo series 2-cup espresso machine and have absolutely zero response. I guess their aftermarket customer service must be equally bad. Would not recommend them at all.
