I called EIS in Jacobs Durban for a quote on some stuff and i was given prices over the telephone and luckily i had written them down. Took a snap shot of the quote and went down to EIS. The sales guy was Chris, very reserved guy to be in sales. Chris made a little mistake with the price of the product that i wanted a quote on. When Chris brought me the order i told him it s the wrong product. He brought the right product but the price had now changed and i had already quoted my client. Chris was nt sure what to do, so i requested me speaking to his manager. His manager Calvin, very friendly, listened to my story and made a decision right there. Calvin approved the product i asked for and gave me the price QUOTED. To be totally honest i was preparing for, Sir we cannot help you with regards to the price difference. But instead Calvin apologized for the mishap and so did Chris and Calvin approved the prices quoted. I left EIS quite pleased and thought to my self.......wow!!! That s customer service.
