I ve seen Apple Cafe s website and called them with the info advertised. I spoke to Ray who seems to be the sales guy. He promised and promised and promised and guess what, he promised again. This went on for 3 weeks. Every time I called him the story changed. Imagine wanting to give a business business that they ADVERTISED only to be promised so many times and have not delivered on any of the promises. Worst experience ever. I m left wondering how long will a business like this will last with an emploee like Ray!!!!!
I recently hired a car through a company called Thriffty car hire. They needed R 6000 as a deposit. When the car was returned after 4 days I got R 5800 +~ back. That was in April 2021. On the 11th May 2021 I discovered R 265 taken from my account from the same company. I called the company up & queried it. They apologized for mistakenly taking out that amount which they ve taken out in April already. Hence the R 5800 return. There was no authorization from myself to FNB to let this company take off this amount. My question is, how can an outside company have access to my private account & FNB says it s because they have my card details. It simply means if anyone has my details then they could take out money from my account. FNB also told me to get a new card!!!! At who s cost???? It s totally unacceptable for this to happen & FNB does not want to own up that there should be more security around someone taking off money from my account. Or anyone else s for that matter.
I called EIS in Jacobs Durban for a quote on some stuff and i was given prices over the telephone and luckily i had written them down. Took a snap shot of the quote and went down to EIS. The sales guy was Chris, very reserved guy to be in sales. Chris made a little mistake with the price of the product that i wanted a quote on. When Chris brought me the order i told him it s the wrong product. He brought the right product but the price had now changed and i had already quoted my client. Chris was nt sure what to do, so i requested me speaking to his manager. His manager Calvin, very friendly, listened to my story and made a decision right there. Calvin approved the product i asked for and gave me the price QUOTED. To be totally honest i was preparing for, Sir we cannot help you with regards to the price difference. But instead Calvin apologized for the mishap and so did Chris and Calvin approved the prices quoted. I left EIS quite pleased and thought to my self.......wow!!! That s customer service. Well Done Calvin and Chris, EIS Jacobs.

I have nothing better to do with my time than to complain about a service i m paying for and to top it off we re all getting ripped off with call and data charges. </p> <p> </p> <p>I mean really!!! I ve complained here before about Cell C, was called up the next day and promised the issues will be sorted.</p> <p> </p> <p>Guess what????? I m back here singing the same old song. I really have no time to be worrying about a service that claims to be the best.</p> <p>I m not really sure what to do anymore. I might as well wait my contract out and then change over. </p> <p>This service is ridiculous.</p> <p> </p> <p>I m done here.</p>
<p>Where do I start?? I ve been to cell c several times with the same issues over and over. Their internet service is absolute ********!!! Their call dropping is terrible. Yet they still charge for every single MB used. to top that, they also kiiling us with their high cost in data. I want to change my service provider pleeeeeeze!!! Some one please let me know how can i get out of this. I ve never had a problem like this when i was with vodacom.</p> <p> </p> <p>Cell c has sent people to my place a few times to CHECK if i could actually recieve proper signal for internet and it was perfect everytime a representative from Cell c came through. Up to this hour my internet , every single day and i m not exaggerating, gives me a problem. I m so done!!!</p>
