A ****ed customer

Yoh this courier company is the pits, i returned an order to Homechoice on the 15th and it hasn't reached its destination yet, which means that i'm billed for items that should have long been updated as returned. On the 10th of June tgey came to deliver again, no call, no communication, none whatsover then they returned back with my parcel to their warehouse. When i tracked my order it says there was no one home, but they didn't even bother to knock on my door at least. And the number i got from google just rings, no answer🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Homechoice should change couriers to a more reputable courier company, else it will affect their business🤞 They don't deserve even 1 star yoh
