DIPLOMA APPLICATION FEEDBACK

Good Day my name is Mbali I studied Marketing management at Ekurhuleni East College Brakpan Campus in 2021 I went to Brakpan to submit my application for my Diploma and i was told to go to their head office KwaThema Campus when I got there I was sent back to Brakpan they said I have to apply at the Campus where I studied at least they gave me forms and checked my documents. I then went back again in 2022 to Brakpan Campus to submit when I got there and submitted I was told that they would call me or email or send me an sms with my results. I am not forcing to get the Diploma all I want is some form of feedback if my failed or succeeded and reasons why in order to resubmit. I have called the Campus many time and have left my details with my name and number at the reception and have been told that they lady that deals with Diplomas will contact me till this day I have been waiting. I am being hindered from my progress in my career because of this all I want is to get feedback.
