Terrible service for the price I paid

Good day. I would like to pass on my dissatisfaction with regards to my treatment that was performed at El Elyon Day Spa in Umhlanga. 26.07.2025 at 2pm. I had booked for my mum my daughter and myself a spa treatment to celebrate her 60th birthday. I booked the say you love me package for 3 people. I understand that we were a few. Minutes late for the treatment. However half the treatments on the list weren't even done and everything was rushed up. They could have asked us if we wanted to adjust certain things on our package to accommodate for the lost time but instead they rushed with things haphazardly. he room was ice.... It's meant to be room temp. It was a chilly day yesterday and We were freezing. The beds didn't have blanket warmers. We told the treatment ladies that we were cold and if they could do something, they just ignored us. Then treatments was rushed. They missed out half the stuff that needed to be done. No nail file done. The foot soak and scrub was about 1.minute. No hot stones was app**** during massage. They didn't even clean our face properly when doing the facial. I still had spots of make up all over my eyes and face. No foot massage was done, only during the full body massage. The ladies massaging us were practically just rubbing the oil on us like lotion no pressure or strength in there massage The guest in the next rooms were loud and noisy.

I have also complained to the lady in the bookings department that initially did my booking, however have still not received a response to date.
