Payment refusal for work done

Elahleni Food and Braai might seem like a decent place to have a meal but behind the scenes employees are being exploited and paid close to nothing for more than 12 hours a day. Workers are being emotionally abused day in and out, owners have no approach at all. My heart is in peaces after I worked so hard for this company only because I refused to be bul**** anymore and left. They can keep the money but people working with or even thinking of working with them must thread carefully. They have been operating since 2018, not a single employee has an employment contract in sight
