College of Crooks

I wanted to register for my N2 Electrical Engineering at Elangeni College ( KwaDabeka Campus) in 2017, then I paid my deposit as required which was R2400 and after a week I went to them qnd I was told that there are not enough students to accomodate the class, so I asked for my refund. They filled me a refund form and waited for 8 months for my refund and now they called me telling me that I am owing an institution about R2600. When I went to them to query they said I must call financial department at Pinetown and I did so, they also told me to go back to the institution and tell them to send a letter to them stating that I never studied there and they said they will do it. It about 11 months now waiting for my refund, never mind the fuel wasted going to them trying to get help, because they too rude to help you on the phone.

Someone please help me.
