Pathetic Services from the marketing department
Pathetic services from the kwamashu branch I keep calling and following up on my application the lady answered and wasn't even speaking clearly and then when I asked if someone can help she cuts the call

Diploma
I was a student at Elangeni Tvet College Pinetown Campus in 2012 doing financial management. I completed my studies there july 2013. Afterwards i did my inservice training which ended in January 2015. I then submitted the requirements for my diploma by end of March 2015. I was told to wait 6-10 months as it might take a while to get it back. Its now been 3years and going to the 4th year but everytime i go there to request they say that they have not recieved. Im not able to study further or even get a better job because of this. Ive missed out on good opportunities in government institutions because they needed my diploma. Please if theres anything you can do...please help.

I was a student at Elangeni Tvet College Pinetown Campus in 2012 doing financial management. I completed my studies there july 2013. Afterwards i did my inservice training which ended in January 2015. I then submitted the requirements for my diploma by end of March 2015. I wanted to register for my N2 Electrical Engineering at Elangeni College ( KwaDabeka Campus) in 2017, then I paid my deposit as required which was R2400 and after a week I went to them qnd I was told that there are not enough students to accomodate the class, so I asked for my refund. They filled me a refund form and waited for 8 months for my refund and now they called me telling me that I am owing an institution about R2600. When I went to them to query they said I must call financial department at Pinetown and I did so, they also told me to go back to the institution and tell them to send a letter to them stating that I never studied there and they said they will do it. It about 11 months now waiting for my refund, never mind the fuel wasted going to them trying to get help, because they too rude to help you on the phone. Someone please help me.

REGISTRATION DECLINE
Elangeni Pinetown makes us run up and down, I applied last year for my niece to study NCV at Elangeni, they make conditional offer for him, by December he went and wrote test which they said he must come and write it, he did that then they said he must come back in January for registration, when he went there they said he was not accepted he failed the test but we were never informed about all that, I have phoned the office a very good lady who assisted me has tried to help me but as she is not on that Department, we were asking them to give us the file so we can go to another campus to try and register at, so we were asking the file with all my niece results so we will not restart the process on that campus, the lady by the name of Busi Khumalo refuse to give the file as she said she is busy she cannot give the file.<br> <br> my question is they don't care about other people desperation? the lady was trying to help us tried all her best. what they want us to do now? What is so hard just to give us the file in order to go and try somewhere else? as they cannot give him space we want to go and try on another campus,are they want this boy to stay at home the whole year and take drugs?

Not getting results
,I am sending this on behalf of my sister Nosipho Patience Mnyandu she is studying at Elangeni College (Pinetown Campus). she is doing Level 4 in Economics, accounting and finance. <br> <br> The problem is that she hasn't received her results from last year, yet they allowed her to register for this year. now she applied for financial assistance and a person from financial aid said that she doesn't qualify because her last years results are not there.<br> <br> Now what I fail to understand is that why is it taking so long for the college to release the students results, she wrote her exams last year November 2014 and now its March 2015 and they haven't been given their results.<br> <br> We live in Durban and I am not sure where we could go to speak to someone in person who can give us assistance in this.<br> <br> if you are unable to assist us can you give me the details of the relevant person I can talk to .
