KFC New Germany online
I bought online on June 26th and they said they could not get my order. I was refunded after 14 working days. Today again at 4:37 am they deducted the same R127.35. So now because you have my banking details... you feel like you can take money from my account whenever you want. I want my money back today. I'm not waiting for any 7 to 14 days.This is bull.....

I made an order and I was advised after ordering and money deducted off my account that I can't order the same product twice. Now I called and asked for a refund and I have been waiting from 26 June 2023 till today. I just want my money back and I will stop ordering online at kfc that's all

Pineware 2 plate stove
My mom went and bought a Pineware stove 3 months ago. One plate is not working and the stove has a 1 year warranty. I sent my sister with the receipt to return and get another one, the store manager who hid his name with his red waistcoat and cashier mocked my sister and said the stove looks like its 3 years old and assumed that we got the receipt from someone else and they refused to assist us. This is one of the new model Pineware 2 plate stove and the quality is not good because it rusts but they refused to listen to any reason and said they will not assist us even when another client was testifying to how quickly the stove gets rusty but they refused to listen and mocked my sister. rain is a RIP OFF, FRAUDULANTS
This is the worst service provider in the world. They say its on a month to month, I did not pay one month and my service was deactivated that month and when I was ready for payment for that month that I was owing , i have a bill to pay R957 with no explanation. I am not paying a dime. Once you send me my bill for the R300 that i am owing you, i will pay and please cancel this stupid sim card. there is huge difference between a month to month contract and a 12/24/36 month contract. If my sim is not active YOU CANNOT CHARGE FOR THAT MONTH ... UNTILL I HAVE PAID WHAT I AM OWING THEN WE MOVE ON

Complain: worst service and worst goods
I bought a bed at MFA Shallcross @theRidge.. it is said to be the Monza Bamboo bed. The entire lining of the bed is opened. Never in my entire life have i ever had such problems and ive bought way cheaper beds than this. When i called the branch, they are now saying there is no warranty on their products but the store said they have one year warranty when i bought it. They said i must send an email with proof and they will confirm with head office if they can approve for a replacement but they suggest i add more money and buy another mattress.. Im so disappointed and it seems that i have lost all my money because when i bought the bed it was for me to use where im currently staying that is in Pinetown. If i go for an exchange i will now have to pay an additional R500 for transportation. How can MFA furniture do this to us

eThekwini Municipality shows no remorse
I write this email with a huge disappointment from the eThekwini water and sanitation. I called in yesterday morning to report a sewage pipe that has burst in our yard, we cannot even go outside because there is **** all over the yard, We have small children who cannot even go outside to play, I have had a headache all day because the smell is too much. What should we do to get assistance. I was given a reference number yesterday morning and told to wait 24-48 hrs, it's almost 48 hrs now but no one seems to care in your department to help us. We have had this problem for years, every 3 or 4 months we are calling for the same problem but no one seems to care enough to help us. Why was this pipe located right outside our kitchen, why can't the municipality remove this from us. We are stressing about Corona right but there's no hygiene, Please help, I'm here in Chatsworth , Angel place

Diploma
I was a student at Elangeni Tvet College Pinetown Campus in 2012 doing financial management. I completed my studies there july 2013. Afterwards i did my inservice training which ended in January 2015. I then submitted the requirements for my diploma by end of March 2015. I was told to wait 6-10 months as it might take a while to get it back. Its now been 3years and going to the 4th year but everytime i go there to request they say that they have not recieved. Im not able to study further or even get a better job because of this. Ive missed out on good opportunities in government institutions because they needed my diploma. Please if theres anything you can do...please help.
