My name is Ntombifuthi Ndlovu, I would like to thank Aqeela from Mediate life. I've been struggling to be removed from debt review for years. Mediate life helped me soooo much to be removed they even assisted me with the company who didn't want to transfer my file but so I can be removed. Now I'm no longer in debt review because of Aqeela . Thank you so much Mediate life I know sometimes I used to fight with them because I thought maybe they will **** meππππ but unfortunately they didn't. Thank you for your excellent service Aqeela may you continue to be patient with your customers because I remember the way I use to be to you but you were always trying to calm me down and assist meππππ
I am so disappointed with the company called Mediate Life. This company promised me to remove me from debt review I paid all my account and the amount of for removal but now they are removing me they coming with the stories that they being removed to deal with the removal companies but they can assist me If I can pay another money I really don't understand this people anymore I trusted them. I use to deal with Kenan but now she blocked me and I cannot get hold of him. I have my portfolio manager who is ignoring me also. I'm really stressed after so much money I paid them. Anyone whk was helped by this company
Capitec bank is useless. I paid money to intercape they told me it was not reflecting I must reverse it with my bank. Which I did in June with Capitec. Up until today I never receive my refund, when I Γ m going again to the Capitec bank now they telling me it is more than 40 days they cannot log it again. Who's fault is that I reversed my money within 2 days with them waited for my reversal, they giving me stories.
Elangeni Pinetown makes us run up and down, I applied last year for my niece to study NCV at Elangeni, they make conditional offer for him, by December he went and wrote test which they said he must come and write it, he did that then they said he must come back in January for registration, when he went there they said he was not accepted he failed the test but we were never informed about all that, I have phoned the office a very good lady who assisted me has tried to help me but as she is not on that Department, we were asking them to give us the file so we can go to another campus to try and register at, so we were asking the file with all my niece results so we will not restart the process on that campus, the lady by the name of Busi Khumalo refuse to give the file as she said she is busy she cannot give the file.<br> <br> my question is they don't care about other people desperation? the lady was trying to help us tried all her best. what they want us to do now? What is so hard just to give us the file in order to go and try somewhere else? as they cannot give him space we want to go and try on another campus,are they want this boy to stay at home the whole year and take drugs?
My car is damaged on crankshaft. I took it to Hyundai as it was making noise so Hyundai needs authorisation now mfc said they won't repair it because they was a mistake which hyundai did on the first repair. I am paying this policy each and everymonth all the things that hyundai said ut is damaged it is covered on my policy but they don't want to sort it out because they said hyundai made a mistake on the first time that has nothing to do with me. I am payung tgem everymonth they must sort out my car and they can then fight with hyundai after tgat. I dont have a car it is sittinf at hyundai. Now they have send me a rejecting letter. They said hyundai needs to sort out my car. I took thisbpolicy because I knew i cannot aford fixing thecar if it is damaged and i am always taking my car to the authorised dealer if ut have a problem. So niw it is becomeing my fault that innovation didnt gave them authorisation on the first claim bt it was sent to them. Mfc and hyundai needs to sort out this thjng between tgem they must not put me involved in this. My insurnace needs to sort me ourlt and after that they can fight hyindai and asked them to refund them they must not put me on thier proble
My car went for 60000km in January,whenthey phoned to check if I was certisfied with the service.i told them i wasnt.on monday the car started to make noise when i am driving soecially when i presd accelerator. I tokk it to them same day.they asked me if the car is serviced. I told them that they are servicing it.they said i must bring it today whivh i did.they were suppose to chane the cambelt on the 60000km that is why the car isnfaulty.my insurance dont pay for things that giving problem after service everything needs to be done same day with service.now they telling me tonpay for it.who's fault is it because its thiee fault they didnt do service to mh car properly they didnt check my car.the lady told me she was gonna check with manager.now they trying to cover themselves for all this as they dont want to fix my car.my car is tsill with them i need it sorted as this was thier fault.they trying to give all the different stories.in the morning the lady mention that belt was supposed to be changed on 60000km now she is changing the story they trying to blame me.she even said the problem is taht the person was helping me is no longer with them. I said that not my problem

It was supposed to be changed on60000km.firstly this lady told me that the person who was helping is no longer there. I said that is not my fault.My insurance dont pay for things which occirs after service is done or if something happen after that. They took it as my fault as the car is serviced.this is hyundai fault now they trying to blame anyone.they telling me to pauly for thier failt. If this was mentioned on service my insurance would have paid it.the service was not done properly it is thier fault tgye were suppose to change the belt and everything now they making it my problem.The lady told me she will ask manager to see what to do. I am not taking any excuses I want my car back and sorted tomorrow.
Cell C suppose to issue me with the letter regarding the fraud which was done to them using my ID, I have reported this ID fraud to South African Fraud Prevention Service and they said I must asked Cell C to send me the letter to say there was a fraud which was done, I did asked them about 3 weeks ago, they don't reply to emails, the only person who is assisting me is the Sandros who also helped me before with this fraud this, but his problem he cannot issue me with this letter.<br> <br> He sent emails to Michael Woolley and Sipho Sithole, Michael said it was not his department, this Sipho until today he never replied, Sandros sent him email and cc be.<br> <br> Until now no one has send me that letter, this ID fraud thing is still continuing with other companies but now the all has send me the letters which South African Fraud Prevention Service want so that they can stop this, now the only company I am waiting is CELL C. when I phoned the other companies it didn't took them even a minutes to send me this letter, they asked my email address and they forwarded it straight same time. The most important letter is the Cell C one, because the fraud was done and there was a case and sorted after. tha
I had a Cell C contract which was expiring last year, they phoned me for upgrade I told them that I am cancelling the contract, in September I found that there was a phone which was fraud under my name which was upgrade, I did evey thing with cell c to sort that out, and this year February they phoned and told me that it was sorted as they even cancelled that contract which I told them it was not for me, they promised to refund me my money which they were debiting when we were still sorting this claim out.<br> <br> Now I am having problem, I don't have any contract with them anymore and they find all call recordings and confirm that it was not me who did upgrade, but they still debiting my money and they phoning me telling me to pay the money or else they will put me to legal people.<br> <br> I need CELL C to sort this problem out as i cannot really take it anymore they need to stop debiting my money, they also need to refund me as they promised when they were still sorting out this fraud thing.<br> <br> I am really tired of this nonsense with cell c, they keeps on sending me to different department and they not bothering by phoning me and update I am phoning them to check this they not even bother <br>
