Mediate Life SA
Do not ever in your life use these people will will not spend 20 minutes on your debt problem and do zero negociations and zero mediation and then ***** half your salary. This is no proper place...it is a bunch of heartless bottom feeders. They advertise medition but are ******* and ****mers. Ghameem Waggie has no honest bone in his body. I can help you too with mediation. I thumb suck figures, do mass flyer type mail to all your creditors demanding 40% less payment while you pay 30% interest. Then demand R10 000 for that ****. Please contact me if you need mediation, I will help you for R6000 once off

I am so impressed...

Mediatelife debt counselling
they deducted money from my account pay some of creditors other they pay to wrong accounts and insisted they have paid even If I show them they paid to wrong accounts creditors is threathning us because they don't get payment from mediatelife

Misinformation of Mediate Life SA
I had a complicated with this institution really, it only operates with a WhatsApp, I was recruited two weeks ago as they noticed that I was under debt review. A lady who called me was very convincing and persisting that they will help get out of Debt review and still save R1300. 00 from my current plan with the debt review institution. So I was excited to save money. I never asked critical questions. They did some paper to submit to the bank and the debt review, well the following week which was on the 23 of June 2025 I received a call from the debt review company and they asked me that if this company is able to go that low how much will be allocated for each debt and for how many years. I didn't have that information and then I realized that I was misinformed so I decided to continue with the debt review and WhatsApp Mediate Life for cancelation. I want to be specific about this Lady who they say she is my portfolio manager her name is Roxanne. This lady was so rude to me and told me that i should have asked those questions upfront. So they debited my money and i asked the lady who recruited me that their money they can get it in installments but the insist that I speak with the Portfolio manager Roxanne, so I keep on saying I don't want to talk with her because of her unprofessionalizm and rudeness. The then told that I must talk to her and I mentioned that you're the one who recruited me so speak with her. So I couldn't get help because they run business with WhatsApp and no other alternative method of communication. Even nowhere to complain so I wanted people to be careful of this company called Mediate Life SA and the service they offer of debt restructuring which is not known where they claim that you are going to improve your credit score and still can make debt, but my question was the creditors are they not going to call me they said yes just to dismiss me but when I inquire about debt restructuring I could not find that in to existence. So meaning they are the ones who knows about this term debt restructuring which I think its a good idea but only if it was known and allowed which I can't say much about it. So the company needs to be honest and tell the people they are recruiting all the relevant information so that you're able to take informed decision.

Excellent service on debt review removal by Aqeela
My name is Ntombifuthi Ndlovu, I would like to thank Aqeela from Mediate life. I've been struggling to be removed from debt review for years. Mediate life helped me soooo much to be removed they even assisted me with the company who didn't want to transfer my file but so I can be removed. Now I'm no longer in debt review because of Aqeela . Thank you so much Mediate life I know sometimes I used to fight with them because I thought maybe they will **** me😂😂😂😂 but unfortunately they didn't. Thank you for your excellent service Aqeela may you continue to be patient with your customers because I remember the way I use to be to you but you were always trying to calm me down and assist me😂😂😂😂

UNHELPFULL BUSINESS AND VERY RUDE
Mediate life has been assisting me with paying my creditors. I have had numerous calls from African Bank which is one of my creditors that told me that they never received payment for April 2025 and when I contacted Mediate life on the whats app number I have they told me they did pay but cant provide me with a proof of payment so that I can send it to African bank, Yet today I got another call and sms from African Bank. I once again contacted mediate life and I have no JOY in them helping me. They deducted the monthly installment on the 24th of May and no payment so far to African bank for April 2025 or May. I have now consulted with a lawyer in this regard. The lady that is assisting me over whats app is very rude and I have showed my lawyer all the whats app and where they also told me to remove my previous hello peter review. the phone numbers that is on their website goes straight to voicemail. neither me or my lawyer can get through to Management in this regard.

I have had numerous calls from African Bank which is one of my creditors that told me that they never received payment for April 2025 and when I contacted Mediate life on the whats app number I have they told me they did pay but cant provide me with a proof of payment so that I can send it to African bank, Yet today I got another call and sms from African Bank.
