pathetic ordered yesterday for next day delivery entire day they stated dekivery will be today and 19H00 sms saying tommorow they will deliver this is unacceptable takealot im not even home tommorow im in pretoria i want answers and i do want a solution to this issue
Horrible ordered from temu got a message parcel is between johannesburg and witbank depot next moment its in Durban their excuse a human error os what the lady said anyone can make a mistake
Good day i am awaiting a parcel cleaned my dairy for a no show courier after they sent an email that they will deliver today i tried to call over 12 times i tried on whatsapp more than an hour this is poor service
we asked for this people to help us but we canceled before the first payment still when payday comes they deducted the entire amount so i called and asked why as we cancled in advance one lady said the will pay it back so we tried a dispute on our banking app it said we must go to the bank wich we did bank said no they cant do it but it show disputed so neither we or the bank disputed it so who did and if disputed why not give the money back so they say no they will keep it for work done all they have done is opened a file and that cost R3 200 i showed them the proof of cancelation i wud not advice people to use LDS LEGAL AND DEBT SOLUTIONS

Cell c again oh my how many times a month do you want to debit our account well looks like 4 times since the 15th of april my question is why after you guys said that you gonna credit us for 2000 rand and we clearly told you just take it and fix the problem then yet again you try to take more money out of our account enough now wr will change our bank account and will see you guys in court with all our proof of payments also whatsapp messages voicenotes emails to show the court that a cell c worker admits all of this is a fault on her side begged us the customer to pay cause she is a single mom and if her boss finds out she will be fired well im sorry a fault on her side is not a priority on my side if this is not fixed in 24 hours i will post this and all the proof all over Facebook
Cell c ain 5 months now and nothing has been done after numerous phone calls they deduct any amount that they like and yes suddenly we upgraded in feb to an oppo phone wich we did not do!! I do have messages and voicenotes from a lady working for cell c admitting itts her fault asking us the customer to please pay the amount she will then pay us back monthly what a circus full of clowns
And yet again after numerous phone calls to cell c our account is still not sorted out we struggle since dec 2023 its now 4 months they keep saying our accounts is in arrears and yet we have proof of every payment we never skip payments wr did show them the proof
since December we have problems cell c is over charging us we tried sorting this out then we spoke to a lady on whatsapp who acknowledge its her fault but can we please pay she will pay us back monthly she cannot afford much as she is a single mother and if her boss finds out she will be fired i do have her whatsapp number and i do have her voicenotes in the meantime they cut our line and threaten to hand us over we do have all the proof that we did pay every month this is unacceptable we are with cell c for 20 years now
We are struggling for months now and hypen do not solve the problem our jet account was handed over to a laywer because hypen decided to stop paying them maybe i should return the favour and stop paying hypen
