Take a lot sold and a **** perfume and they are refusing to refund me back my money. I bought a perfume from them and the lid of these types of perfume is magnetic but on the one I received from them the lid was not magnetic and also when I used it for the first time the perfume was very light and it is like it was mixed with water and it doesn’t last at all. I’ve had this perfume before and I know how it smells and how long it lasts. Now they are refusing to refund me back my money because the perfume has been used. I received my order on the 27th of October and I logged the return on the 30th of October and the perfume was used only once when I tried it - I am confused on how they would have expected me to know that the perfume is mixed with water without me spraying and also when I called them I did state the reasons for my return
I made an order on the 20th of December 2024 and the person who processed my order said it was a pick up instead of a delivery, I than received out to Makro to ask them to cancel the order and refund me and the order was eventually cancelled but now I am been waiting for my refund since December and nothing is being done. I have called, emailed and reach out on social media and still I am yet to receive my refund. This has been frustrating and till annoying because I don’t know who is not doing their job!!
I have been waiting for over two months for my annual payback and Discovery has been giving me the run around! I am annoyed because it is now taking weeks for this to her resolved! Every month they collect my premiums as normal but when it is time for them to give me what is due to me nothing is being done.
I feel very undermined and disrespected On twitter I sent a DM complaining about the quality of underwear’s I bought in October from Woolworths and I was told that I need to take those underwear for an assessment at the store When I sent the DM - I even attached pictures showing how the underwear’s look - but the person who attended to me insisted that I take the underwear - I have worn to the store for them to be assessed I don’t know if it made sense to the person but how do I take underwear that I have worn - and the person assessing them - were they suppose to touch underwear that has been worn by someone else ? I am very disappointed and this is not how a person should be treated What about my dignity as a person and a woman!! I am very disgusted I have proof of this conversation
,I am sending this on behalf of my sister Nosipho Patience Mnyandu she is studying at Elangeni College (Pinetown Campus). she is doing Level 4 in Economics, accounting and finance. <br> <br> The problem is that she hasn't received her results from last year, yet they allowed her to register for this year. now she applied for financial assistance and a person from financial aid said that she doesn't qualify because her last years results are not there.<br> <br> Now what I fail to understand is that why is it taking so long for the college to release the students results, she wrote her exams last year November 2014 and now its March 2015 and they haven't been given their results.<br> <br> We live in Durban and I am not sure where we could go to speak to someone in person who can give us assistance in this.<br> <br> if you are unable to assist us can you give me the details of the relevant person I can talk to .
