I am utterly disappointed and shocked as to the service I received from Fedhealth. I got sick on the 8th of Jan and went to a public clinic who refused to help me and sent me to a public hospital who there from 12pm to 5pm did not help me or treat me I decided to go to fedhealth for medical aid as I don't have any family or friends here and needed care from a facility and I trusted fedhealth as I used them before,the broker called me while I was in hospital and i couldn't answer the next day she called me back and i said im sorry i missed your call as i was dying at hospital fedhealth is refusing me medical aid because they saying i received treatment form the hospital and that i did not disclose it????? I didn't receive any treatment I literally threw the file and walked out cause no one was wanting to help me I sat there from 12 to 5 with no food and no help I didn't receive any treatment i came home and rested how did the hospital treat me ??? Fedhealth is being so unfair and horrible knowing that I'm sick and I need the medical attention yet they terminated my medical aid .nah really not a company to help you when you need it!!
So disgusted with Game and one cart I ordered air fryer from Game by one cart ,the order was processed and I received a time slot for today , I get an sms to say its shopped I even get a Sms saying who my driver is , I don’t get any correspondence I don’t any messages to say my order has been cancelled I call to follow up on my order and the lady says its been cancelled due to no stock , firstly that is a lie, I call game Rosebank and they advise me that they have the air fryer in stock. I called one cart back and they say it’s a technical error and they put the money back into my wallet???? Why are they not putting it back into the account they took it out from, A big reputable store like game cannot give their clients what they see , I had the exact same problem with Clicks who gave me the Item for the price that was advertised, I will never use game or One cart again !!!! absolutely disgusted imagine the client cannot get the product!!!!
I am so upset I've been trying to get ahold of the VOX accounts department literally spent an hour on the phone and still cant get through????? REALLY UNHAPPY WITH VOX

Pathetic services from the kwamashu branch I keep calling and following up on my application the lady answered and wasn't even speaking clearly and then when I asked if someone can help she cuts the call
There's a guy working at this company scanning people with a fake lift club and Rob's people of their money , when you contact the company and asks for help they lie and say he doesn't work there. They have no compassion knowing one of their staff is going around scamming people and when you ask for their help they lie to you but the guy confirms he still works there and begged me not to contact the company
I've been requesting numerous call backs no response , I have been trying to get an agent through the call center no luck , can someone urgently contact me this is ridiculous I am so frustrated
Absolutely unhappy with mweb and i would like them to give me a call on 0628903599 I received my sim card on Friday called them on Saturday they told me to wait till 28 hours is over which is long over now, I spent alot of airtime trying to gst ahold of the consultants and still nothing no answer and when I do get through i get transferred to another department which doesn't even answer. I am absolutely unhappy and I am thinking of canceling my contract
I am absolutely unhappy with standard bank , I used to bank with them in 2019 and they have been sending me a bill of over 2000 saying I must pay for just bank fees??? Firstly they are charging me R150 every month with interest for an overdraft fee which I never agreed to it never worked when the account was active , I explained this to the people that used to call me continuously asking me to settle the account that I will be not paying for the over drafting and I never accepted it as I can't have a over draft facility as I was under debit review. So I will not pay that amount yes I will pay for the bank charges but only when they minus all the over draft charges and the interest for it .. I'm am extremely unhappy with standard bank for doing this .
