I bought an Elba stove within months the stove buttons started falling apart and breaking, the stove does not work correctly. We have been battling with Elba for almost 6 months to rectify this problem. Everytime there is a different story. Today they say certain components are not guaranteed YET nowhere in my booklet or any were else is this stipulated when I pointed this out they said that the salesman where I bought the stove should have informed me of this. Then the manager starts shouting at me - if this is the situation people beware when purchasing these cookers / stoves your guarantee means nothing with these people. Absolutely disgusted, be sure I will forward an email to the manufacturers and let them understand the poor service in SA.
