Vet is never available

Great dr but to have to call for days and beg for a convenient time to bring your animals for an annual check up and innoculations is unacceptable! Dr is never available ! Always in theatre - every day! How can you run a vet shop that way? And the website says to call and book yet was told I cant. Also says they open at 6:30 but at 7:00 just got a phine message saying they are not open.
