Do not waste your money with this company!
I paid for a 4XL shirt and received a L shirt with 4XL printed on it. Champion Gearz refuse to exchange or refund.

Beware!
I really thought I would be done with Champion gears after my unfortunate delivery experience but alas! They sent a supposed 4xl as ordered but the shirt size is more like an XL. And no response or reply to emails. They really are a horrible company to do business with!

Paid for and not delivered!
Day 35 after I paid and order # 3942 was confirmed. No parcel in hand yet and still no refund that I am legally entitled too since no delivery took place 30 days after receiving payment. also no tracking info or delivery information!

I ordered and paid for an item on 24 Nov 2025 Order number 3942 and never received tracking or delivery details. when I inquired a week later I was told I would receive idetails within 15-20 days of ordering. that came and went. i asked for details. nonhe was sent. I then saID I ECPECT DELIVERY FOR CHRISTMAS 2025 OR I REQUIRE A REFUND IF IT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED WITHIN 30 DAYS AS IS REQUIRED BY SOUTH AFRICAN LAW. Christmas is gone and no delivery or tracking dfetails and NO REFUND! this is unacceptable. I shall note on this site every day until a refund is received or the parcel is in hand!

Today is exactly 3 months from the 8 November 23 that I paid you for the marriage registration. I paid again on 14Nov23 for the marriage certificate and name change. Are you able to provide me proof today that the marriage is registered and can you produce the marriage certificate and name change paid for on 14 Nov 2023?
