I am still waiting for my order for over 2 months now. It is my sons birthday present. I have followed up with Champion Gearz and they have not put in any effort to resolve the issue or shown any proof of urgency to resolve the problem. I feel ****med and cheated.

I have placed my order 3 months back, and till date they can not supply my order. I were unable to provide my son with a xmas present and now a birthday present as I paid, but they just do not send out my order!

How these guys still receive orders in 2026 amazes me. I wish we do more than just write reviews here. We have to take them to court. Before I placed my order on 9 November 2025, I chatted with them and told them it was a gift for Christmas. This was so I do not disappoint myself and the person I was going to gift this order to. They promised I would get the order by Christmas. 4 months later now. Still no tracking number of the delivery. All they tell you is give us 2 weeks. They said this every time I ask them about my order. Worst part is they never anticipate giving customer feedback. The customer has to ask first. It is about time the people behind this business hiding behind Instagram are arrested.

I ordered November 2025 and still have not received my items. They keep saying two weeks. I've requested a refund but they refuse as they have paid their supllier. It's hopeless. It was birthday and Christmas presents for last year. Im not sure what to do anymore

They have bad customer service, in terms of communication and being truthful about their policies they don't follow. A ”15-20 days” delivery time has turned into 3 months, there's nothing in place to make a smooth refund, you must hound them on all their social media platforms which is unprofessional they can decide to ignore you or answer after 5 business days. It is one shop I won't recommend to anyone. If there's a way to recoup my money I would appreciate any help
