They are an absolute ****. I can't believe they haven't been arrested yet. They sell you the product online but never deliver it. When you enquire they say: "your order will be delivered in the next 3 weeks". It's been 9 months and I still dont have my rugby jersey.

Literally ZERO customer service. If you have an issue they will not respond to you. Not via email, phone, whatsapp or webchat. Good luck if you choose to use them
wish i read the comments before purchasing - they literally have the worst customer service available. Rather support brick and mortar retail stores and stay away from online stores trying to pretend they're providing a service. At least with a retail store you can go in and talk to a person. Superbalist's internal systems are broken and their response time via email is appaling. AND, their response is one of "sorry there is nothing we can do" - yet they were happy to take our money. WE WILL NEVER BUY FROM SUPERBALIST AGAIN!!!!
Wow - never thought I'd give a company 1 star before I've even used their service. I currently have openserve fibre to my house. I've just cancelled my contract with my current service provider and was looking to use web africa. They're offering a good deal on fibre, but they force you to use their chat bot, which is the most frustrating experience ever. They're telling me that there is no fibre in my area? This is after I've signed up on their website. They really don't make it easy to buy their product. After spending an unnecessarily long time searching on their website for a telephone number, the person I spoke to could not solve my problem, transferred me to some other department and then the phone cut off. If this is the customer experience before you even start, I can't imagine how bad using their service will be - if they ever decide that there is in fact, fibre in my area. If anyone at Web Africa is reading this, please cancel my order. I have no other way of reaching you
Completed the AFT course 2 months ago and am already generating a financial return from paid clients. The course is excellent.
I just completed the Digital Roadmap course and I can highly recommend it. A great introduction into how to build an online business that adds real value to people.

I spend approximately R100k per year at this branch for my groceries. Last week we bought a hairdryer for R170 - it worked twice and then stopped working. Unfortunately I can't find the slip but I still have the box. They won't replace the item for me without the slip and they won't even take it to the supplier to be fixed. So there is only one solution - I'll take my money to their competition which is 2 doors away. Such stupid thinking by their manager!!
