failed investment

<p>I made 2 investments in Green Baskets with Electio totalling R135k. I have recently received a cessation letter from them advising me that Electio will no longer trade on my behalf and I need to take delivery of the metals making up my basket. I needed to issue instructions by 7/8/2017 as to what warehouse delivery is to be made and these instructions were to be sent to a support email address provided in the cessation letter. I have emailed that address 3 times asking for more clarity as to what I'm expected to do and have had no response. I have tried calling the company's JHB, Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices but the numbers are not in service. In light of their silence I am assuming they will not honour delivery. What now?</p>
