I have no complaints when it comes to the business they call Electra Extreme. It may be a small time business, but the service and staff make up for it. The friendly and exceptional service over the phone is enough to brighten the most crooked smile. Not to mention the outstanding service they provide from town to town. Electra Extreme will always put their customers first, thus leaving you with a newly repaired unit and a lifetime of helpful, caring service.

I have no complaints when it comes to the business they call Electra Extreme. It may be a small time business, but the service and staff make up for it. I have sent in our washing machine to Electra Xtreme in Bethlehem Free State on 27/02/2019. I have phoned them several times for feedback on Job nr 1669 and all they say is, I will get back to you but they never phone back. All we know is that the computer box broke but suddenly they will let me know as soon as they know what is wrong with the washing machine. After 30 days they stated on the customer information form that you will be charged for standing fees etc (obviously or should I say hopefully) after they have repaired our washing machine. You cannot really complain about service when there is no service!!!! Will not recommend them to ANYONE...
