Why do customers need to wear masks when the employees don't?????? It is discrimination against all. They work with food, seriously what is wrong with the company?????? Highly disappointed, no wonder covid spreads like hell!!!! Either the masks gets banned or discrimination stops against their customers. Enough is enough!!!!!

I just want to thank Takealot for there excellent service that they provide. I never had any issues with this company and it is a joy doing business with them. They always keep you up to date about your parcels and they will do whatever it takes to make sure you receive your parcels, thank you for your excellent service
I was suppose to receive a package on 6 July 2020 and my package was not delivered. My package was re-scheduled for delivery on 7 July 2020. I tried phoning them, and it started off like we are currently busy changing gears.... (whatever that means). I went to their address is town and it seems like the office is closed. Please do not ever use these people, they will make your businesses look bad. Worst experience ever. I ordered an emergency product, now I wonder if I will ever receive my package?????
I phoned vodacom on 24th Dec 2019, asking to load 30 days cancellation on my contract, he said he could not, I must phone in Feb since my contract expires on 01/02/2020, nevertheless, guy told me that I must still pay for the whole Feb 2020 as well. Fine, he tried to convince me to take out a data contract instead, I was severely irritated with this guy, so I wanted to cancel my contract but was unable to help me, since then I am struggling my "bottom" off to get them to cancel my contract. I have been phoning (all lines are too busy), they have a new useless Tobi robot you can speak to but it cannot even help you with 50% of whatever you ask the thing!!!!! Vodacom, I want to cancel my contract!!! It seems like they will try and do anything to make sure they are unable to help to make sure they can draw more money out of you, what else must I think????? Worst service I ever received from these place, maybe it is time for a new network service provider. I only chose vodacom because most of my family uses vodacom but whatever, I just want to pay what I owe and go!!!!!!!!!!!!! By the way the store is not allowed to help you cancel a contract> that is beyond ridiculous!!!!!!
On 24th of December I order pizza online, I paid online, received a notification that my order has been accepted by store and then not long after I received a phone to say that the kitchen were closed. I told them that I paid online and so the lady said they will deliver the pizza, it never came. We went on vacation early the next day after I emailed them about a refund etc, no reply, nothing. Today I complained again and sent a few emails to ask if they would deliver those pizza today or do they want to steal from loyal customers, no reply!!!!! Both my children is in that school but unfortunately the Gr 4 teacher is driving us grazy. Since I took my child out of homework club, now it seems he is doing nothing in class en gets all the class work to do for homework meaning he does little to nothing in class. We spoke to her time and time and time again and it is literally if she tries all her best to get us to homes school him or just take him somewhere else. We spoke to the principal so many time, one has retrenched so there is a new one we spoke to as well and nothing seems to happen. I also complained to AEE but nothing. I don't want to speak to that teacher anymore because it is useless. She nagged us basically to take my child to the occupational the****** and we did now she still complains. I've had it, easy to say put him into another school but no, we are not going to do that due to our own personal reasons. Question, why pay so much school fees for nothing???? Really upset. The teacher just keeps on repeating herself so it is useless speaking to her!!!!
There is a lady at our Harrismith branch who is excellent. When I wanted to open an account she was quick to help and also when I asked for a specific washing machine, she made sure to get it. Always goes the extra mile. Rebekka you are number one. She also speaks fluent afrikaans even though that is not her mother language. I can just say wow. Brilliant. I also want to thank them for when it was my birthday month, they phoned me for a free gift and surprised me with cakes and cooldrink. Really impressive. Thanks to everyone involved
I have sent in our washing machine to Electra Xtreme in Bethlehem Free State on 27/02/2019. I have phoned them several times for feedback on Job nr 1669 and all they say is, I will get back to you but they never phone back. All we know is that the computer box broke but suddenly they will let me know as soon as they know what is wrong with the washing machine. After 30 days they stated on the customer information form that you will be charged for standing fees etc (obviously or should I say hopefully) after they have repaired our washing machine. You cannot really complain about service when there is no service!!!! Will not recommend them to ANYONE...
