Bad bad bad Service from Eletracorp

I am absolutely disgusted with the level of service I have received from Eletracorp Bloemfontein - managed from their offices in Bethlehem. Hisense assigned them to repair my fridge, and it has now been over a week with zero progress. They have called me four times to date, but not once a technician have pitched.

Every time I call, I am given empty promises and excuses. It’s clear they have no sense of accountability or urgency. The communication is non-existent, and the lack of professionalism is shocking.

Now they tell that they only have one vehicle and have to wait another day before the technician will be able to attend to my problem.

Eletrocorp has shown me that they cannot be trusted as a service provider. The customer is treated as an inconvenience rather than a priority. If Hisense continues using them as technicians, more customers will suffer the same frustrating and unacceptable experience.

Absolutely would NOT recommend them to anyone. Completely unreliable and unprofessional.
