These people stole my R30 000 Samsung Front loader 18kg washing machine and 9kg tumble dryer combo. We called repeatedly and they insisted they don't know where the machine is, even though I have the receipt showing they took possession of it (the 1 they say you have to present to collect the machine) and even claimed anyone could have collected it. They eventually agreed to give me another machine in its place and gave me a pathetic (old, damaged and ugly) 7kg Toploader that wasn't even worth R2000 to replace my machine (I wonder from where?). When I started talking about a lawsuit they told me that the owner had died and that there were many similar stories so they wished me luck in getting anywhere with it... How much money have they made *********** people's appliances???

Samsung have appointed PJ as their repair agent in George. They consequently charge exorbitantly inflated call out fees and quote unrealistic fees which they demand in advance. I would not recommend buying a Samsung appliance under these circumstances. Their attitude is take it or leave it. Samsung need to address this problem on the Garden Route. Very poor after sales service.

Beware that this company will, through their own admission, sell your property for their own pocket even if you do pay their collection and quotation fees upon realising that you cannot afford their repair costs. They will refuse to give any benefit from the proceeds they receive for selling property that belongs to you. They caught me with underhanded arrogance and entitlement knowing full well I am financially struggling. Shameful.

Beware that this company will, through their own admission, sell your property for their own pocket even if you do pay their collection and quotation fees upon realising that you cannot afford their repair costs. They will refuse to give any benefit from the proceeds they receive for selling property that belongs to you. They caught me with underhanded arrogance and entitlement knowing full well I am financially struggling. Shameful.

I ordered a part for my LG Dishwasher on 28 May 2015 and was advised that the business would phone me when it arrived. After about 4 weeks I phoned and spoke to the owner of the business who informed me that he had sent an email to the suppliers, but had heard nothing. He promised to follow up and let me know. Yesterday, after approximately 6 weeks of no feedback (they still had my details and confirmed them each time I phoned) they made me hold on for ages while they searched around for the paperwork, only to inform me that they would only order the part if I came and paid in full BEFORE ordering, something that has never been required in the past. Apparently because the part is so expensive - R595,00. <br> <br> I am disgusted that it took 6 weeks to hear this AND in that time no-one bothered to contact me.
