I ordered a part for my LG Dishwasher on 28 May 2015 and was advised that the business would phone me when it arrived. After about 4 weeks I phoned and spoke to the owner of the business who informed me that he had sent an email to the suppliers, but had heard nothing. He promised to follow up and let me know. Yesterday, after approximately 6 weeks of no feedback (they still had my details and confirmed them each time I phoned) they made me hold on for ages while they searched around for the paperwork, only to inform me that they would only order the part if I came and paid in full BEFORE ordering, something that has never been required in the past. Apparently because the part is so expensive - R595,00. <br> <br> I am disgusted that it took 6 weeks to hear this AND in that time no-one bothered to contact me.
