I did a online purchase for our company in January and ever since then i have been struggling to get anyone at the ECA SA to respond to my emails, i could go on about how bad their communication to their clients are, but what's the use. Our order was not received yet, The one time when someone did get back to me they informed me that the parcel has been delivered, but they cannot supply me proof of delivery. Now i am just supposed to accept that our order has been delivered and ECA employees are not responding to any of my emails.
