I did a online purchase for our company in January and ever since then i have been struggling to get anyone at the ECA SA to respond to my emails, i could go on about how bad their communication to their clients are, but what's the use. Our order was not received yet, The one time when someone did get back to me they informed me that the parcel has been delivered, but they cannot supply me proof of delivery. Now i am just supposed to accept that our order has been delivered and ECA employees are not responding to any of my emails.
As a vat registered company it is imperative that we receive all invoices and that all invoices are correct. We have 14 cell phone contracts with MTN. For 3 months MTN has been sending us incorrect invoices however the amount which was debited from our bank account seemed to me in the correct range. I have been contacting 'smecustomercare@mtn.com' numerous times and i have only received an answer for 1 month's incorrect invoice - and no credit note yet. The incorrect invoicing has happened in a previous year as well and i am fed up because there is just no response from MTN!! Very unhappy customer.
