Shocking Service

This company by the name of Electricians on call ( on their invoicing ) installed an electric fence at our home, soon after the fence did not work. I called them to arrange for a technician to come through. The women who answered me on whatsapp said they dont do service - I still offered to pay for the service. I was told they cannot help us and she blocked me . I then got someone at our offices to call and ask for their email address , and the women who answered our offices call said her name is Chantal and this is a private number they do not do fences. She knew it was us calling. ( I only have a mobile- as their details were given to me by our neighbour - who had the exact same problem with them after installation his fence required fixing and they ignored his calls too). I have the messages as proof and the invoice, they literally took our money and we never heard back from them once there was a problem they blocked me.
