Thieves

Had an issue on Saturday 09 Oct called the company and waited a bit after an eta was given. 20 minutes later they started explaining what they will do and to me water and electricity don’t go together but they had to remove this circuit breaker from the earth leakage and connect it straight. Needless to say at 4am the lights tripped and I messaged them of the incident. They arrive at 8:30 and request 3 minutes and now I have 24/7 gate lights. I was promised that they will be back on Monday but to no avail and when I called on Tuesday the answer was” how much you going to pay to fix your light” before apologising for not coming or returning my call on Monday as promised.. they are liars and thieves they have charged 700 rand for illigal connection.. they are abunce of electrical thieves!!!
