bad service,

bad bad service customer bought 2 688 batteries for a truck 2 months later battery is showing bad ran all necessary test the test all shows that battery is bad and dead cell which i have recorded and proof. After calling electro city and sending that batteries back they coming back with stories that batteries look ok and nothing wrong but I confirmed battery is bad and they say they carry a 18 month warranty but don't keep up to there words ,,,, excuse after excuse all the time . Is this a company to deal with who just wants the sales but cant give after service.
