Durban Electro City Useless

Electro City Durban is terrible. You wait 8min b3fore you speak to someone human than you wait another 10mins to speak to a certain person in that department.. and they are rude ppl too. If there isn't enough employees then GET MORE Well done to Rixi in JHB.. I hope your boss sees this.
