Electro Medics not will to cover the so called 6 year warranty. The just ignore you
I bought a top of the range massage chair from them 2 years ago with a 6 year warranty, this chair has a motor which has stopped working and I am trying to get it repaired. Electro Medics will not send anyone out even though I have sent them a photo of the invoice and pictures of the chair. I spoke to one of the owners (Rick) at the house and Garden show and he assured me they will contact me but I still get no response and Rick will not answer my calls . I would definitely not be willing to do business with them again

23 Jul 2025, 08:40After writing After leaving my review, Electro Medics did contact me and very quickly resolved the issue with my massage chair. While I’m still not completely happy with the service—mainly because it was so difficult to get them to assist me—the product itself is good and they did honor the warranty in the end. Hopefully, their customer service improves going forward. I have updated my rating to a 3 star
