Massage chair
A fantastic company providing an amazing service. The massage chair is fantastic and has helped cure my plantar fasciitis. The chair is also a wonderful relaxation tool and relieves tension in the back neck shoulders and spine. I highly recommend it.

Electro Medics not will to cover the so called 6 year warranty. The just ignore you
I bought a top of the range massage chair from them 2 years ago with a 6 year warranty, this chair has a motor which has stopped working and I am trying to get it repaired. Electro Medics will not send anyone out even though I have sent them a photo of the invoice and pictures of the chair. I spoke to one of the owners (Rick) at the house and Garden show and he assured me they will contact me but I still get no response and Rick will not answer my calls . I would definitely not be willing to do business with them again

Happy with Service Thus Far - Professional & Trustworthy
The service has been excellent & am yet to receive the product but they have kept me informed & up to date whilst waiting for new stock to arrive from overseas. They also give extra value (for the same price) when you order directly from them instead of from online retailers like Takealot. I am being given a Hand Massager, Surge Protector, Extension Cable & Chair Protector, Cover all for the price of just the massage Chair (which are available at Amazon SA & Takealot, for the same price without these goods)

They also give extra value (for the same price) when you order directly from them instead of from online retailers like Takealot. Poor Customer Service - Return of Device
We purchased a handheld massage machine on Saturday (30th March 2024) at Gateway Mall Umhlanga. On the day we were advised by the sales consultant (JP) that if we were not happy with the machine we could return it, with no additional costs. We purchased the machine in good faith and believed that all was fair and true. He further advised that he didn’t have a black machine and if we took the one he had in stock, we could swap it at any time (refer to invoice). Now we are being referred to the terms and conditions. We contacted JP on 03rd April 2024, to let him know that the machine was not working properly as it makes a strange noise and that we would like to return it (REASON FOR RETURN). JP then referred us to the Head Office. Upon contacting the Head Office, we spoke to Michelle who advised that a 10% handling fee will be charged. I do understand that your terms and conditions state 10% handling fee; but under our circumstances, I find that we were falsely given assurance, clearly with the intent to deceive us into purchasing the machine. This is not only unreasonable but proves that customer service within Electromedics has no value or ethics. I am very disappointed and disgusted at the service, since we were assured that no charges would be applicable.

The massage chair is amazing. My personal masseuse. The company delivered the Chair with care and concerns of my living space. The salesperson Joy is amazing. She will go out of her way to ensure that your questions are answered, that you are getting the best deal and gives you peace of mind when it comes to your account, delivery, and after sale care.

The massage chair is amazing. My personal masseuse. The company delivered the Chair with care and concerns of my living space. The salesperson Joy is amazing. Had issues with the massage chair purchased. Through their salesperson Collen this problem finally reached Sohana Singh. Sohana understood our complaint and gave her 100 percent attention. She not only replaced the chair on the turn but kept in touch until delivery. Now that is commendable. Thank you Sohana and Collen. My husband and I are thankful that this complaint reached you or else it would have been a very frustrating experience as these chairs are very expensive,
