After some recent bad experiences where my online orders have landed at the wrong courier facility in Pongola instead of Durban felt a huge relief at my most recent delivery from Ram Couriers. It was a pleasure to track my package from the time it left the supplier Delta Incubators in the Cape to Isando then back to Durban when I was informed "out on delivery". The courier service also uses couriers who are fami**** with the area I live in. When he called he remembered us from previous deliveries from other suppliers. Thank you Ram Couriers for a job well done.
Based in the Cape, Order and delivery of an incubator to Shakaskraal in KZN completed in less than a week. Able to handle emergency situations. Confident that any trouble shooting will also be dealt with in the same manner.
Good customer service from Lusando, Sandiso, Thirusha, Rhoda,Austin.Sinovuyo, Some orders still in the balance but these guys are polite and very helpful. Thirusha, Sandiso and Sinovuyo actually resolved an order that landed in Pongola 1000's of kms away at the beginning of July. Thank you guys. Wish all teams were like you.
2 orders were placed in March this year. First order went without a hitch. The 2nd order became the problem. The consultant took the order no. 21925422 amounting to R2446 for 4 items. He also confirmed free delivery. HC only delivered 3 items and the demands from HC began. On 31 March received SMS pay R826. A second reminder SMS R253. Very frustrating. Azolile Lobishe from HC then took me on a long run before concluding that each item must be over R800 to get free delivery.An incredibly stupid conclusion. An incorrect conclusion. HC t's & c's excludes Azolile's conclusion. I was told that I have a credit of approximately over R500 in my account. Supposed to be R749 for the 4th item. In the interim I also received numerous calls from HC sales staff for other pending orders. One staff member advised me to email mydocs@homechoice.co.za. to air my problem. Every sales member was sympathetic but unable to help with this current problem. I have mailed this dept twice already but got no response. There is always an automated response to confirm receipt but nothing else thereafter. HC owes me that 4th item or R749!
CLIENT CARE CENTRE replies 25 days later. Gives me 2 days ultimatum in which to respond and true to their word emails 2 days later to confirm complaint closed. This dept cares zilch for Capitec clients. Luckily for me that Capitec has a complaints section too. Within a week of my complaint appearing on Hellopeter.com all was resolved by Justin and his team. The same complaint was just fwd to the complaints section.Even management called to reassure me as a client. Now that's service and client care! Eish but shame on this client care dept. of Capitec Bank.
Had issues with the massage chair purchased. Through their salesperson Collen this problem finally reached Sohana Singh. Sohana understood our complaint and gave her 100 percent attention. She not only replaced the chair on the turn but kept in touch until delivery. Now that is commendable. Thank you Sohana and Collen. My husband and I are thankful that this complaint reached you or else it would have been a very frustrating experience as these chairs are very expensive,
Capitec Bank client care centre does not respond . On 21 May 2021 used ATM at the newly renovated Shell Garage in Shakaskraal. Requested withdrawal R2000. Dispensed cash amount on receipt R1700. Credited R300 back into my account. Actual cash dispensed R1600. I was robbed of R100. I ensured I left the ATM only when my transaction was complete and ready for the next user. Emailed client care centre the same evening. To date no response. Did observe that same ATM closed and locked a couple of days later. Very disappointing!
Servicing the aircons was set a week ago for today. Jonathan from Westbrook Tongaat did not turn up or answer our calls. This day was set aside for you and if you do not have a valid reason for not showing up or answering our calls then it is disappointing and displaying bad business etiquette.
During the lock down we had urgent business with regard to meter reading and queries. Only emailing helped the situation. Raeesa Badat, Samukelisiwe Mthembu and Londani Goodman Mkhumbuzi were outstanding! Service delivery at its best! Thank you guys. Acc number 0007002882/0007023284
