Poor Service, Late Arrival and Disrespect

We are extremely disappointed with the service we received from Electro Surgeon, particularly in how the entire experience was handled.

Firstly, there was a clear lack of communication from their side. We were not kept informed about arrival times, and the electrician arrived late without any notice or explanation. This immediately set the wrong tone.

When the electrician did arrive, the interaction was unprofessional. The attitude was dismissive and, at times, outright disrespectful. As paying customers, we expected to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism, but instead, we were made to feel uncomfortable in our own space.

Due to the poor communication, the late visit, and the overall lack of respect shown, we made the decision not to engage with the Electro Surgeon any further. This is not the level of service anyone should have to deal with.

We will never use Electro Surgeon or Drain Surgeon again, and we cannot recommend their services to others. We hope this feedback encourages the company to take a serious look at how they manage both communication and customer interactions moving forward.
