Terrible
<p>I got ElectroC to do an electrical compliance certificate. After I paid for the work, they never actually delivered the certificate. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They never call me back, and they NEVER delivered the certificate.</p>

We are very dismayed by your untruthful post
- We have been in constant contact with you throughout this process
- You have been made aware that there is a problem with the online system linked with the Department of Labour. Wouter was busy with this issue until 11:00 last night, unfortunately it was not resolved
- We also assured you this morning that your certificate is a priority for us and that we will do everything in our power to have if not the original then at the very least a copy emailed by this afternoon
Once again we apologise profusely for the delay and we will do everything within our power to have this resolved today
