Poor service and bad response
The man named Sam Electroconnect was called in to service/repair my fridge. R1200 was quoted and the repair was carried out. The problem came back after 3 days. I called the man called Sam and he refused to attend to my request to rectify the problem or refund the money. Their web site is: www.electroconnect.co.za Phone number: ********** 615 Please do not fall into this scamer's trap. Do not accept and services from Electroconnect He may resurface in another company name again.
