I took my very old and worn out Fuji Outland Pro 26" mountain bike to Jason at Cycle Science in Westville, Durban for repairs to the front brakes and soft suspension. I received the bike back, completely serviced and better than new at a cost so low, it's almost hard to believe. Thank you Jason.
I ordered and paid for order #878824 on the 24th May. They promise 7 to 14 days to deliver and it is now been 21 days. They also ignore my communication.
My premium was increased by 25% without warning and I received no response to my email query. As a pensioner that has not claimed at all in all the years I've been with Dialdirect, I am not happy at all.

We have a business LTE contract with Vodacom and our last invoice is about 50% more than the usual amount. We did not use more data than our quota and we did not receive any notice of an increase. No amount of begging by email got us any reply at all. Vodacom customer(don't)care is a disgrace!!
I ordered and paid for a Solar Inverter on the 18th of April 2023, and it is now the 11th May 2023. The Order #696415 is still in the "Processing Order" phase and I now don't get any more responses from then on eMail or their WhatsApp services.
Our business account has apparently become FICA non compliant. There is no way to resolve this on line or electronically or by telephone (unless you're willing to hold on the line for hours). I even went to the branch and found a very long queue there with similar problems.
I need tax certificates for accounts in FNB, and the directions I received on how to get them in the banking app don't work. Asking for more assistance gets no response and the phone number I was given "does not exist".
I was excited about finding a little music instrument I've been looking for over a long period, that I ordered without reading the description properly. I received a book about the instrument instead of the actual instrument. Entirely my own fault but TakeAlot accepted a full credit return no questions asked.
