Electromart SA Fraud

I ordered an automotive diagnostic tool from them. Paid over night shipping fees Extra. 4 weeks later did not receive product. Getting ahold of someone there is a hell of a mission in itself. A salesman told me to send banking details for refund. My messages does not seem to reach them. Have not received product or refund
