Poor service s
I buy launch x431 CRP 909e diagnostic full auto tool and pay R12070.00.No delivery made since 2023-04-04.Emails and whattaps send with same respond they are receiving stock within a week or two weeks always until to date.Requested refund after receiving the request they ignore.I have been ****med by ELECTROMART.They since refered me to many different contact numbers but no assistance received.Poor services and I don't know their shop status now whether they still exists or not.I visited their branches both Kempton Park and Pretoria but their doors are always closed during working hours to avoid customers from approaching them

Electromart SA Fraud
I ordered an automotive diagnostic tool from them. Paid over night shipping fees Extra. 4 weeks later did not receive product. Getting ahold of someone there is a hell of a mission in itself. A salesman told me to send banking details for refund. My messages does not seem to reach them. Have not received product or refund

Ordered a Toyota TIS Techstream Mini VCI Auto Diagnostic scanner from electromart.co.za. on 28 June, today is 20 July. I phoned then yesterday and they explained to me that the container is at customs and it might take another week or so before I receive my goods. I give 3 stars for this but if they kept me informed via email or whatsapp and just be upfront and truthful about the situation right from the start I would not have reviewed them on hellopeter in the first place.

I think this is a scam, ordered a Toyota scanner from them www.electromart.co.za, they took my money but now I cant get hold of them their phones are not available. They don't keep stock but they offer you expedited shipping. So don't know, think I was scammed.

Car Testing Cable for vw cd is damaged can not used the product connected them numbers of times. every time excuses so now I am sitting with a product I can not use because of those thieves of ELECTROMART

Best service ever. I struggled with my software at first but when I notify the guys, they promptly reply and help me remotely via anydrsk.. I definitely recommend them for their tremendous after sales service.

Poor service
Good day. I have ordered a unit from Electromart online on the 9 April 2020. After no respond from them i phoned them last week to find out what is going on. They told me now that the unit i ordered is faulty. So i told them to pay back my money. I have ordered the unit from another supply. Up to date no feedback from them
