I have purchased my third Ingco fan in the last year, and each time the motor has failed. The most recent fan I bought was on March 12, 2025, and after just one week, the motor started making a loud, unpleasant noise. It only stops making this noise when the motor heats up. The model is FAN 305MM 20V INGCO. I emailed Ingco about getting a new motor, but I have not yet received a response.
I put in a claim on 22 Oct 2024 for washing machine and desktop PC that were damaged due to power issues in town. Today is 06 11 2024, and this claim is still not resolved.
I bought a Camp Master in April 2024, 4 months later the top on the trailer lid paint started coming off after just washing the trailer. Please can someone from Makro or camp master contact me to get this fixed. Person from Karet phoned me on 05 08 2024 and told me that they will replace the lid, to date no feedback on this
I purchased a new Camp Master 205 from Makro on 06/04/2024. After just 4 months, the paint on the lid started coming off. I contacted Camp Master, and now they want me to take the trailer back to Makro so that Makro can send it to them for assessment. The nearest Makro is 230km away. Who is going to cover my diesel cost? Also, how long is this going to take to be sorted out? I am insisting on a new lid, not one that has been repaired. I paid for a new trailer. And even the welding on the lid is poor.

For the last 2 weeks, I have had daily calls from Truworths regarding my installment, I have made all the payments as I am used to and sent them the proof of payments several times, but still get phone calls daily to state that my account is not paid, and due to their lack of work my name is now bad on my credit profile for late payments. Is there some one at Truworths that knows how to do their work and get this resolved please.

I purchased a brand new 2022 Isuzu Dmax 3L from NTT Isuzu Tzaneen in October 2022. During the installation of the smash-and-grab, the right side sticker on the door was damaged and it still hasn't been fixed. I also requested them to lower the tire monitor alarm, but they apologized that they did not have the equipment to do it. Currently, I am getting 16 liters per 100km, and I have asked for the bakkie to be re-mapped, but I have not received any feedback. Isuzu promised me good service on the day I purchased the bakkie, so come on Isuzu, please fulfill your promise.
Hello there! On October 30th, 2023, a taxi hit me from behind. I immediately contacted my insurance company, Virseker, but all they did was send me a letter stating that I won't be claiming from my insurance. It's been a while now and I still don't have any updates from them, so I had to take matters into my own hands and reach out to the other party's insurance. I'm frustrated because I don't think it's my responsibility to follow up on this. After all, isn't that what I pay for insurance for in the first place?
